1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the cx999 platform, accessible at cx999.click and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces and applications operated by cx999. The Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and cx999 ("we", "us", "our").

By completing the cx999 registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the cx999 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. Acceptance is unconditional — partial acceptance is not possible. If you are unsure about any clause, please contact cx999 support before registering.

cx999 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via email or a platform notice. Continued use of cx999 after any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The version date at the top of this document indicates the most recently updated version.

2Account Registration

To access the full cx999 platform — including depositing, placing bets and claiming bonuses — you must register a personal account. Registration is free and available to eligible individuals as defined in Section 3.

When registering on cx999 you must provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full name, date of birth, mobile number and any payment method details you wish to associate with your account. cx999 operates a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) policy and may request identity verification documents including a copy of your CNIC, utility bill or other proof of identity and address at any point.

• Each person may hold only one cx999 account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances forfeited.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold or shared with another person under any circumstances.
• cx999 accounts are for personal use only. Using an account for commercial or business purposes is prohibited.
• cx999 reserves the right to decline a registration application without providing a reason.

All information provided to cx999 at registration and at any point during your account lifetime must be honest and accurate. Providing false information — including false identity or age — is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3Eligibility

You must meet the following eligibility requirements to register and use cx999:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. cx999 takes its age verification obligations seriously and will request CNIC or other government-issued ID to confirm age where necessary. Any account found to be held by a person under 18 will be immediately closed and all funds returned to the depositing payment method after verification.
• Residency: The cx999 platform is operated for players in Pakistan. You must be accessing cx999 from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under guardianship orders or otherwise lacking legal capacity may not register.
• Not self-excluded: If you have previously applied for self-exclusion from cx999 or any affiliated platform, you may not register a new account during the exclusion period.

cx999 employees, contractors, agents and their immediate family members are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in any promotion.

4Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your cx999 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. cx999 will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone — any communication claiming to be from cx999 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

• Use a strong, unique password for your cx999 account that you do not use on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication from your account security settings — cx999 strongly recommends this for all users.
• Log out of cx999 when using shared or public devices.
• Notify cx999 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

cx999 will not be responsible for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security, including but not limited to sharing login credentials with third parties. If cx999 detects unusual activity on your account, we may temporarily suspend access and require re-verification to protect your balance.

5Deposits

cx999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. No currency conversion is applied and cx999 does not charge a deposit fee on any standard payment method. Supported deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT and Visa/Mastercard issued by Pakistani banks.

• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used to deposit on cx999. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be returned minus any transaction costs.
• cx999 reserves the right to request proof that the depositing payment method belongs to you before processing withdrawals.
• Deposits may not be refunded once they have been credited to your cx999 account and a bet has been placed. Unplayed deposits may be refunded to the original payment method upon account closure request, subject to standard verification.
• cx999 may apply daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits in accordance with responsible gaming obligations. Players may also set personal deposit limits from the account dashboard at any time.

6Withdrawals

Withdrawals from cx999 are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in the player's name. cx999 does not allow withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• cx999 may request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedure and is not specific to any individual player.
• Funds subject to an active bonus playthrough requirement may not be withdrawn until the requirement is fully met. The balance available for withdrawal is always displayed separately in your account dashboard.
• cx999 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to 48 hours in cases where fraud or account irregularities are suspected, pending investigation.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant bonus terms before withdrawal.

cx999 is committed to prompt, reliable withdrawals for all verified players. Our average withdrawal processing time for Easypaisa and JazzCash is under five minutes. If your withdrawal has not arrived within the standard processing window, please contact cx999 support.

7Betting Rules

All bets placed on cx999 are subject to the general betting rules set out below and any sport-specific rules published on the relevant section of the cx999 platform. In any conflict between general rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules take precedence.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed by the cx999 system, the odds are locked and cannot be changed except in cases of obvious pricing error (see below).
• cx999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that resulted from a manifest technical error or data feed failure. In such cases, the stake is returned to the player's account in full.
• Minimum bet stake: Rs 50. Maximum bet stake: set per market and displayed in the bet slip. cx999 reserves the right to limit maximum stakes on individual accounts where betting patterns suggest abuse of pricing.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to a brief delay to prevent abuse of live data advantages. cx999 clearly marks all in-play markets.
• For cricket: matches abandoned without a result are void unless a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) result has been determined. Suspended matches are treated per the relevant sport rules published on cx999.
• For esports: match void rules apply if a match is cancelled or abandoned before a minimum number of maps/rounds have been completed, as specified per-tournament on cx999.

8Bonuses and Promotions

cx999 offers bonuses and promotional rewards including but not limited to welcome bonuses, referral rewards, cashback and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer. The general principles below apply to all cx999 bonus offers unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture and account closure.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The standard cx999 wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount unless specified otherwise on the promotion page.
• Bonuses expire 30 days from the date of issue unless a different expiry period is stated on the specific promotion. Expired bonus funds and any associated pending wagering requirements are forfeited automatically.
• cx999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to players where possible. Players who have already accepted and partially completed the wagering requirement of a cancelled promotion will have their progress honoured on a proportional basis.
• Referral rewards: the cx999 Refer a Friend reward of Rs 500 per qualified referral is paid when a referred player completes registration, makes a first deposit of at least Rs 500 and places a qualifying bet of at least Rs 200. Referrals must be genuine new players — creating fake accounts to generate referral rewards is prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on cx999. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any balance — including deposits, winnings and bonuses — may be forfeited.

• Match fixing and insider betting: Placing bets using non-public information about the outcome of an event, or in any way participating in or facilitating the fixing of a match or event.
• Arbitrage abuse: Systematically exploiting pricing differences between cx999 and other platforms using automation, bots or coordinated account networks to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using false identity or exploiting technical platform errors to obtain bonuses or referral rewards beyond their intended scope.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, macros or any automated system to interact with the cx999 platform without prior written permission.
• Money laundering: Using cx999 as a vehicle to transfer, layer or integrate funds derived from criminal activity. cx999 is required by law to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback on any deposit made to cx999 without first seeking resolution through our support team. Fraudulent chargeback requests will result in permanent account closure and may be referred to law enforcement.
• Harassment: Sending abusive, threatening or discriminatory communications to cx999 staff or other players through any channel.

10Account Suspension and Closure

cx999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• cx999 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity.
• The player has provided false identity information at registration or during KYC verification.
• The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).
• cx999 is required to close the account by a regulatory or legal authority.

In cases of account closure for breach of Terms, cx999 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where a balance is found to have been generated through legitimate play and no breach is confirmed, the balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their cx999 account may do so at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to the original payment method within five business days, subject to standard withdrawal verification.

11Responsible Gaming

cx999 takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe betting should be an enjoyable leisure activity and never a source of financial distress. The following tools are available to every cx999 player directly from the account dashboard, without needing to contact support:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased (tightened) in real time. Requests to increase limits are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration after which cx999 will automatically log you out.
• Reality check reminders: Receive pop-up notifications at intervals you choose reminding you how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered.
• Self-exclusion: Exclude your cx999 account for a defined period (1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year or permanently). During exclusion, you will not be able to log in or receive marketing communications. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.

12Intellectual Property

All content on the cx999 platform — including but not limited to the cx999 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, data feeds and odds — is the intellectual property of cx999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify or create derivative works from any cx999 content without prior written permission. You may not use cx999's name, logo or branding in any context that implies endorsement, affiliation or commercial partnership without written authorisation.

The limited licence granted to you by cx999 to access the platform is personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive. It does not include the right to use any cx999 intellectual property beyond normal use of the platform as a registered player.

13Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cx999 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or business arising from your use of the cx999 platform.
• Losses resulting from interruptions to cx999 service caused by technical failures, scheduled maintenance, cyberattacks or circumstances beyond cx999's reasonable control.
• Consequences of decisions you make based on information displayed on the cx999 platform, including but not limited to odds, scores, statistics or commentary.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

cx999's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits cx999's liability for death, personal injury or fraud resulting from our negligence — these limitations apply only to financial claims related to platform use.

14Privacy and Data

cx999 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with our full Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on cx999 you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

cx999 will not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with payment processors, identity verification services and regulatory authorities where required by law or contract. All data transfers comply with applicable data protection standards.

You have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data held by cx999 at any time by contacting support@cx999.click. Requests will be processed within 30 days in accordance with applicable law.

15Amendments to These Terms

cx999 may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, cx999 will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Non-material changes (such as correcting typographical errors or updating contact details) may be made without advance notice.

If you do not agree with an amendment to these Terms, you may close your cx999 account before the changes take effect and withdraw your remaining balance. Your continued use of cx999 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of cx999. Any dispute arising from your use of the cx999 platform that cannot be resolved informally through our customer support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts.

cx999 aims to resolve all player disputes fairly and promptly. If you have a complaint about cx999, please contact us in the first instance via live chat or email. cx999 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five business days. If you are not satisfied with cx999's resolution of a complaint, you may escalate the matter through the dispute process outlined in our support documentation.
